Sõna Varjud OÜ has undertaken the obligation to protect the privacy of clients and users. Our activities on the internet comply with all relevant activities and the corresponding European Union legislation and laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Use of Photos

Photos taken at the Aktifoto studio are seen and received only by the client of Sõna Varjud OÜ. Sending and showing photos to third parties by Sõna Varjud OÜ photographers is prohibited. The photos taken by the photographer go to the archive of Sõna Varjud OÜ and to the client.

If Sõna Varjud OÜ wishes to use the client’s images on the aktifoto.net website or the Aktifoto Facebook page, this is done only if written permission has been obtained from the client via email.

Delivery of Photos to the Client

The client receives the photos via a transfer link or on a USB stick. In both cases, the photos are protected from third parties.

Collection and Use of Personal Data

Personal data are data that Sõna Varjud OÜ collects for contacting an individual.

The collection of client’s personal data may occur in the following ways: • When submitting contact information (including your name, email address) on our website. • When using the website through client account information or cookies. • When making a purchase or placing an order in our online store by storing personal contact details or data related to purchasing preferences.

We use the collected personal data also for delivering goods and fulfilling obligations undertaken towards the client.

All client’s personal data that become known during visits to the Sõna Varjud OÜ online store and making purchases are treated as confidential information. The encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the purchaser’s personal data and bank details.
